my place is a newly renovated & built condominium just beside the sea. It has 2 rooms (1 shared room and 1 master bedroom), 2 aircon, refrigerator, complete utensils and you can find laundry at the shops below. It is close to the Airport, the city center, it has great SEA VIEWS, it has parks, restaurants & it’s on top of the newly integrated shopping mall.
You’ll find my place very convenient because of the location, taxi stand & easy access. The ambiance is also good. My place is good for couple, solo adventurers, business travelers & families (with kids).
It is a 42 m2 condominium type (not an apartment), with 1 master bedroom, 1 shared room, kitchen, balcony and 1 bathroom.
The space is not too cramp and it is just nice for staying.

Note: Most of places that advertise here are the apartment type which is smaller than condominium, does not have direct access to shopping mall (apt type has their own building, not attached to the mall), it also has small and cramp parking lot, 1 floor has so many units (more than 30 units/floor) so it’s not that private. Apartment type also has public swimming pool below, many people can see you swim
